I was just wondering if you guys think that I should get that new Ak - 47 barrel. It looks cool enough in my opinion but I'm kinda limited on money and I don't really need a barrel. vvvvv

The whole thing is only for looks and not performance. Unless you want the whole AK-47 look and play in scenarios, just get a normal barrel. You will be much happier. |

| get a kit from engler custom guns. its a little pricey but comes with original AK-47 parts (mag, shroud, wood stuff, clip,) plus choice of underfolding, sidefolding and solid stock. can get as kit or preinstalled onto gun |

| Take it from someone who has tested this barrel, it sucks. If your into shrouds and would like a more realistic barrel check out opsgear and build one yourself. the ''all in one'' barrel/shroud sucks and has very poor durability. however buying a quaility barrel and separate shroud will look better and last longer. |

I think you have the proportions wrong. I saw this barrel on a gun - it looked really short, compressed, and goofy - like a toy barrel. If you are looking for a milsim look, I would stay away from this barrel. |

The BT Barrels are not that great for acuracy. Not for what you pay, Search the net for bt barrel reviews or bt 16 reviews and you will hear the same. Make sure you read profesional reviews, the consumer reviews suck because there are a ton of people that give it a good review because it looks cool and thats what they are concerned about.....looking cool ------------- Dopa mi la tempesta (After me, The storm) |

wut you should do is go to opsgear, by the ak47 handguard which may be around $70 and then put it on your current barrel. |

Make your own AK47 Barrel Kit and its not that hard at all...use actual AK47 Handguards which can be found anywhere online and use any .68 caliber barrel....and start modding away. ------------- Do not steal....the government hates competition!
