When u use a co2 tank, the faster u shoot the less shots u will get per tank. Is this true with HPA?

With a good reg on CO2 it don't matter much. HPA won't put liquid in your marker, if that is your concern.

No, when u use co2, if u shot really fast u get less shots, but if u shot slow u will get more shots. Is it the same way with HPA tank?

This is because when you shoot fast the liquid CO2 doesn't get a chance to expand. So, as I said earlier a regulator (or expansion chamber) will help, and HPA won't put liquid through your marker.

in a simplified version of nicodemus, the liquid co2 is wat wastes it. and hpa isn't liquid.

so to stop beating around the bush (looks sternly at everyone above blue) the answer to your question is no, hpa does not do that.
