I have heard my friends saying that c02 expands things on your gun like your o-rings. And c02 is really bad for your gun. Is this true? -------------

CO2 creates dramatic temperature fluctuations. If liquid CO2 gets in your marker or you shoot fast it will freeze everything in your marker. This will tend to wear on your O-Rings. Nitrogen is also more exspensive to fill, the tanks cost alot more, and i don't know as many places that fill it. So stay with co2 |

co2 is bad for high end markers. its ok for low end markers such as tippmanns and spyders and such. just try not to hold your gun upside down other wise you will get liquid co2 inside your internals and thats not good. -------------

Actually, fills are typically the same or less, but you get less shots out of the fill. -------------
