The problems

R/T  is firing was to fast and it gets in spurts where it WILL NOT STOP but the cokcing lever on the side isnt moving when it does its spurts and i only get like 1 shot and the rest are dry.

my cyclone-my cyclone isnt spinning they said it was just rubbing and they fixed it but its not fixed so my guess is its not rubbing lol.he says he is going to put a washer under it to lift it up so it will shoot right

With the r/t problem, you probably just have an empty tank, get it filled. I don't know much about cyclones so I can't help you with your second problem.

I've had problems with my R/T before just like yours.  With my it just turned out the spring for the trigger and the spring that pushes the lever to catch the hammer weren't strong enough.  Just pick some up at a local hardware store or at tippmannparts.com.  As for the cyclone, I've heared alot of people having problems with them when they get a little old.  Make sure you oil it every now and then.  If that doesn't work there some piece (i think its a rachet) that is replaced.
