| during an upgrade for my 98c adding an expansion chamber i broke my power valve well i didnt exactly break it but i stripped the threads in it to screw it bak in which really sucked i thought i got through the hard stuff took alot of work with the screws and whatnot so i was mad when i thought i was done and just puttin it together to find out it was damaged luckily there sendin another power valve but do u think i can still play with 1 screw holding the power valve in for now it seems to be fine right now |

Using a single valve bolt will just tear out the threads on the non-damaged hole. But if theyre sending a new valve, i guess it doesnt really matter. -------------

| If you still have the other bolt for the valve, Try putting teflon tape on the threads. Perhaps an inch and a half long, and fold it in half lengthwise. I had the same problem, and am getting a new valve as well, but in the meantime I did this quick fix, and the bolt is in there as tight as it normally would be. |
