Hello i just bought a Ion from county paintball anyway now to the problems first off I have leak in the macroline near cocking system of my gun so yeah i replaced that their fixed. then i try to turn it on and it won't turn on i tried new batteries but it won't turn on someone help me please this gun is really making me mad ------------- ya ever noticed in a beer commercial no one ever drinks a beer? |

remove your grip and take out the board. Press and hold the on button. You are holding the button right, not just tapping it. If the light still doesn;t come on make sure everything is plugged in like your eyes and the battery wires are still attached. ------------- http://www.anomationanodizing.com - My Site

yes i am holding it for 3 seconds and if that doesn't work i change to 1,2 seconds wateva and yes everything is plugged in ------------- ya ever noticed in a beer commercial no one ever drinks a beer? |

Did you accidentally pull the wire harness off when changing a battery? (very common) Did it come like this? Have you taken the gun apart to clean it since it came? ------------- <Removed sig for violation of Clause 4 of the New Sig Rules>

So when you take it apart it still doesn't turn on? I have heard
of a few faulty boards for the Ion....The best place for Ion help is

thanks alot everyone that contributed also yes i have taken it apart because the macroline in the gun was messed to i had to replace it then it was fixed so im tyring this battery harness thing or wateva im checkin the manual right now thanks ------------- ya ever noticed in a beer commercial no one ever drinks a beer? |

Thats the mysterious white fog. Its done. Board is fried, short circuited it. Only way to fix it is to replace it. -------------

Taking care of your gun doesnt usualy involve opening up the electronics and messing with them... I say its either a factory error, or design flaw. Whos "someone else?" -------------
