Hey guys!  Two questions.  I have a 98c with an X-core.

1st:    Recently I had work done on it with the CO2 housing chamber, and so now that leaks on it's front and back ends.  Is there anything that I should do?  It's weakening the balls so I'm getting alot more breaks but it's not a hugely obscene leak either.  I replaced the CO2 housing with a Dead On ProSeal, which is aluminum.  Anything that I should do that is somewhat guarrenteed?

2nd:  I'm going to be getting another Drop Forward this time it's the bullet drop with the on/off switch.  My next questions are, since I have an X-Core; what steel braid hose length should I use?  And how many 90 degree connecters should I get too?  My plan right now is the shortest hose with three 90 degree connecters.  But the hose will again be too long.

Thanks for any help, and please don't go on about getting macroline and switching to Nitrogen.  I'm not that rich yet.

Thanks.

Get HPA and macro line. jk

Ok, Im assuming the "Co2 housing chamber" is the powertube. It houses the valve. If the vertical adapter (thing the expansion chamber screws into) is not sealed properly it will be leaking and may seem like its coming from the valve. Also, drop four drops or so of oil into the ASA, take off the barrel and fire just air. This will help everything seal better in the valve.

Take out that Pro-seal powertube BS and put your stock black plastic powertube back in too.

Its going to be hard to set up the line with the drop since its a very small gap between that and the chamber. My bast bet was using my stock SS line and one 90* fitting on the chamber. The line screws into either side of the drop (no fitting) then twists up and screws into the 90* on the chamber.

Oil in the ASA will help with the leak.

You don't have to be rich to get macroline, it's actually pretty cheap.

Not really sure on the length of an SS line; I hate to say it, but you would be better off going with macro.
