About 3 to 4 hours after I got my C02 filled, I think it was the burst disk that blew out, and I lost all of the air that I just got filled. Was my tank over-filled? Or was it the tank? Can I re-fill it or do I need to buy a new burst disk?

Take your tank to your local pro-shop. Don't replace the disc yourself. Have an airsmith do it for you. That is the safest way.
Or just get a new tank.

I wouldn't.
You may do something wrong, and when you go to re-fill it it could blow.
Blown co2 tanks usually = death.
They become missiles.

yeah, never tamper with your tank. always let someone who knows what they're doing do it. and that doesn't include your friend who says "oh that's easy, let me do it for you."

Buy a new disk first then take it to your proshop (your proshop might charge you an arm & a leg for it-I know mine does).

Just take it to your pro shop. Don't mess around with your tanks. If you install it wrong then you could have a big problem.

The tank most likely got hot. Did you leave it in the car? In the sun?
The burst disk is not difficult nor expensive to replace. The local pro-shop here in Salt Lake will replace the burst disk and fill the tank for five dollars.

A burst disk is no big deal. I just had mine replaced Sunday at the field I am playing this weekend. $5, plus he topped of my tank. If it cost you over $10 go some where else. We keep a few extra, but we didnt have ours with us. Cost us like $4 a piece where we play.
If you dont know what your doing, you could cross thread it, and that would pretty much make your tank worthless, and might turn the disk into a projectile.
NOTE: To all the new people playing.
These burst disk blow all the time, usually from the heat, like the others said. Dont leave your tank in direct sunlight, and dont do as I do, and leave it in the car.
WARNING:
CO2 will cause frost bite, and it is really bad, like a burn. It is dangerous. Be aware.
IF YOUR DISK BLOWS, DO NOT TOUCH THE TANK!!! IF YOU ARE HOLDING IT WHEN IT BURST, DROP IT IMMEDIATLY.

i went to skirmish once and they refilled my CO2 tank and it had too much and the disc exploded and the tank flew right next to my buddys head and missed him by a foot, so yea just buy a disc and bring it to ur proshop and have them do it

Make sure when attempting to fix your air tanks yourselves and later filling them, alway hold the tanks at eye level with the rear of the tank always facing you...

^^^^ whatever dude... you can buy new burst disks at Walmart... they come in a two pack bubble wrap container for like $5... they are ready to wrench on (50'LBS torque to be scientific)... I carry spares in my repair kit... very easy and safe... I think they even have thread lock preapplied... if not use a little pipe dope or teflon tape... dopes better, go figure.
By the way... if you keep your tanks out of the sun... and not in your sealed up car when it gets hot, you will rarely blow a disk. Fast temperature changes are not COČ friendly.

Why thank you. Airtanks are alot beter for your marker and if you ever decide to move up from mechs to an electrictal marker it will feel like you are spending less money than if you buy them together.
