I got tired of waiting till I got it all done.
So here is the P-98 SE(spyder electronics).
I still have to cut out the hole for the feedneck, velocity
adjuster(thinking about getting an RVA with rear cocking), and hole in
the bottom for the remote.
I also have to rewire the trigger, and caulk the inside for strength.
FYI Fairly large pics.

Edit: Cause I feel silly.

Really? I thought it was two different guys....Well Ill be a monkeys uncle.
Either way, I have a gashes all over my hands from them slipping off
the exacto-knife, and a huge divit in my left thumb from an angle
grinder misshap.
But I think it was worth it.

thats pretty nice. But make sure you have a single trigger in there because milsims with double triggers are not very mil-simy.

Ah poo, I forgot to put the trigger in.
Im using the p90 trigger that came with the gun. Thankfully it also has a safty.
Thanks for the compliments everybody,(alot better than the first time I showed my hacked up 98 lol).
I cant take credit for the idea though, I saw TS's and I just had to have one of my own.

I would have, but at the time I started this project the ebots lowest price was $230, and the spyder frame was only $40.

Good job, it's actually custom, I like it a lot. Once you finish, it'll own.

Hmm could'nt you have just moved the upper half of the revciever to the
front of the half so that you could fit the grip in instead of having
to cut more? Nice design though.

I would have, but the p90 trigger is quite large, and would not have fit if I moved the 98 farther up.
Also, I wanted the 98 as far back as I could possibly get it.

How'd you incorporate the E-Frame? And what model is it? IPI 2.0, 3.0, CAMD, or Sprint?
Nice powertube in the first pic btw.

I want it. Seriously.
What I would do: put a twelve gram changer in the asa accessable
through the stock (no tank or remote) and then do away with the hopper
and replace with a 10 round feed tube. A semi-auto/stock class
hybrid replica.

Well, I got it all hooked up. It works, woohoo.
I need a new valve cause its doing that putertertert thing(vavle bolt holes are stipped out).
And I was having firing problems from the solenoid...Turns out it was
from a bad switch. No worries, I can get one from radio shack for real
cheap.
Im not sure what model the eframe is, but I just JB welded it on(that stuff works magic).
And I wont father your children but I will teach them the ways of the darkside..Muhuhahahahahah.

Anarcy is doing that with his brothers gun what we are gonna try to do
is use a micro line right at the start of the gas line put a 90 degree
fiting have it run up along the gun and have it come out the bottem
back and put the asa inside and use a remote and just have the remote
nipple sitcking out

NICE JOB!
Seriously, VERY nicely done! I came "this" close to doing something similar with a 98 (I had already done my A-5 P90 3 years ago) recently, and ended up doing my AUG mod instead.
NICE!! I love when people take the initiative and do something unique rather than buying parts from opsgear and calling it a "mod".
Welcome to the true modders!

Jefangel is back!!! havent seen him in a while, very nice job, it would be awesome if u could cut out the bb hole in the mag to fit paintballs and mod a feedneck into it so the mag feeds the paintballs right into the custom feedneck which feeds em into the gun that would be sweet, im going to now try to figure out how jefangel does all these guns and try to make a L85A1 or TAR-21 (SWEEEEEET got an idea im going to sell my bob long and buy a 98 and make a TAR-21) ur gun is Toight like a Toiger!

Wow Jeff, thanks, that means alot coming from you.
Thanks everyone for the great feedback, lets me know it was all worth it.
As for making the real mag, a paintball mag. I would only be able to
hold 15-20 so it really wouldnt be worth it. But it can be done,
relatively easy.
