I was shooting my gun with my mates today and we went in my house for a drink as i went in i took off my gas (just for safety,especially with my mates near it) anyway we went to shoot it ,put the gas on,safety on but i forgot to cock it back so accidently after i put the gas in i cocked it and i could hear a gas leak coming from my barrell ,so i took it off and checked it without the barrell on but i couldent find the prob?..... Please help i have a a5 and i was low on gas but i don't know whether it is the low gas,o-rings,loose screw. ------------- A5 12"Bigshot Pure energy 20ozCo2x2/AntiSyphon 32 degrees Black X_chamber Pen spring mod Polished Internals |

im having the same problem with my 98 custom. i think im gonna end up buying a new valve but a cheaper soultion would be awesome ------------- and now ive run out of the house... naked... somehow looking to buy an e-bolt if your selling one email me at Swordofstrider@gmail.com |

So you put the gas on without cocking the gun, got a barrel leak, and took the gas source off? I imagine if you had fired the gun, it would have stopped the leak. -------------

perhaps a cup seal. that makes gas leak out of barrels. if you have a local shop tell em what yor problem is and ask em to check the cup seal. |

Next time drop a few drops of oil in the ASA then screw on the tank and
fire a few times...That should fix it I had the same problem

ITs also possibly dirt in the valve what you runing c02 or nitrous caus sometimes if you get dirt in the fill nipple of the nitrous tank it gets in the tank and goes through the valve causing leaking. cause you said you took it off where did you put it? ------------- Gamertag: Kataklysm999
