Tippmann markers are already used by police for riot control- they fire 'pepperballs' (PAVA powder balls) out of a Pro-Carbine or an A5 that have been renamed, and hiked in price. It's very obviously still the Tippmann marker, though. Some of the training rounds include powder and scented rounds. It's been done. Here's a funny one- imagine the cop who accidentally turns his marker into a blender when he has pepperballs loaded.  ------------- "Abortion is not "choice" in America. For the record, try not to get his in the mask grill by ZAP rec-series paint. It's probably the worst tasting paint I've ever encountered.
