well, i would say screw both guns and save your money for a better gun,

or get the 98c          I know a kid that put nitrogen on a triad, but he also uses a lighter and axe together on a bus- so he is pretty stupid

but the flame looks awesome in the air

I'd suggest a Tippmann Pro Custom. It's basicly the same marker as the 98c but enables you to slap on an E-grip if you want to.

how bout a mech 98c with response? if you play scenario, it should be ok. if you play speedball, you cant use r/t though. its cheating. but ramping boards (someone told me) are becoming tourney legal! WHAT THE FLIP IS UP WITH THAT!

(r/t all the way!)

Save up abit more & get a better marker say the Ion that is an awsome marker or an A-5 if you like bush. Save up and get a marker that you wont sell in a month since that would be to your loss. Cheap markers wont last long & upgrades dont increase your markers value only increase your loss of trying to get back into what you have spent on upgrades.

I have a Triad that I don't use anymore- I didn't know what I was missing out on. Your Triad will soon start wearing out, and you'll have to replace parts on a gun that's just not worth it. My bolt on the Triad I have is scratched, the trigger pull is huge, it chops all the time, the barrel stinks, etc. etc. I suggest you get...

If you have a good amount of money to put towards paintball:

A-5 with E-grip and a 14" (or so, depends on what you like) barrel. An expansion chamber would be a good idea, plus maybe a drop.

If you don't have alot of money to put towards paintball:

98 CUSTOM (not reg) with response or double trigger (depends on how cheap you want to go- a double trigger can be like $15) and a 14" (or so) barrel.

Either of those setups will give you the BPS you need to play speedball, plus the accuacy to snipe without slowing your velocity. Case in point- get rid of the Triad- you'll be glad you did. Also consider eBay, if you're good a telling if a seller is reliable. I have had many good experiences there.

i dont know why people up their markers alot to the extent of 200 and up. Really, you can get alot better guns if you skip the ups. Like people with a A-5 for example

240 +  70  +   20   + 100         &nb sp;   =$430

gun barrel  trigger   egrip

you can get a real nice gun for 430.  If its a used gun you get, you might even be able to get a shocker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
