You can get an egg on ebay for $70, new, with accessories. Good stuff.

the qloader feeds 30bps and can mount anywhere. what gun do you have?

It's a loader that is fed completely by springs (no batteries) that can feed up to 30 bps. However, I think it looks ugly as hell, and the pods (you use pods, think like a gun clip) are quite expensive and I've heard rather fragile.

Also, what type of gun do you have? If you're playing with a stock tippmann, stay with a shake and bake. If you have it e-bolted/e-triggered/response trigger, you have a lot of choices, from revy to egg. If you want the ultimate hopper (if you have a high end gun, freestyle or something), get a Halo.

Why do you want to get a new loader? Are you out-shooting your existing one?

200 round Q-Loader system is $80 + S&H. Additional pods are $20/piece. Lifetime warranty on the whole thing. I just got to use mine on my 98 this past weekend and I love it. Gives you a low profile (i.e. no hopper on top if you mount it under the barrel). Pretty easy to install and use, just read the directions. I attached mine to the elbow so that it comes back off the feedneck on the top (kind of like a phantom only much larger ;)). I also have the Lapco Direct Feedneck which makes attaching it to the elbow more secure and easier.

So the q-loader is worth it?

I would strongly recommend that you do NOT get the q-loader without significant research.  The q is different from other loaders, and requires much more effort and knowhow than regular loaders.  If you aren't up to the task, the q will simply be a headache.

As to which loader you SHOULD get - that depends on what kind of gun you have.  If you have a mechanical gun with no firepower upgrade (RT or similar), then a simple Revolution will do the trick, for 30ish dollars.  If you have RT or some kind of electro, than it's Ricochet up to HALO, depending on your particular setup.

Impossible to recommend a specific hopper without knowing the specific gun.

The Evo is defiantly worth the extra $20.

You suck.

Reloader B's are teh bomzorz, though, but it would be overkill on your Tippmann. Perhaps an Egg or even a Revvy would work better.

The Q-Loader is not that hard to load, takes me less than a minute. The only downside that I can see to the Q-Loader is 100 rounds per pod, but you can swap out a pod once it's empty. I played five games this past weekend and only ran out of paint during one game (only b/c I was trying to finish off the pod and keep someone pinned down).

As far as the direct feedneck, it's a must if you own a 98. It's so much more stable than the stock feedneck. I had been wanting to buy it for over a year, but didn't want to pay $8 shipping for such a small piece. Un/forunately for me, my lens cracked and so I had to order a replacement, so shipping wasn't such a big deal.

I will tell you this about the Q-Loader, you should use decent paint. I had 200+ rounds of some evils that I had bought back in Feburary that I forgot about. I used them to practice loading the pods, because I read about how much trouble people had (which I don't see why now). When I was done practicing, I left the paint in the pods and only chopped one of 'em, however I don't think any of them flew straight, but what can you expect from paint that's over 6 months old ;) From now on, it's fresh evil all the way for me ;)
