E-Grip has several modes to set the trigger to. The response trigger just makes the trigger hit back real fast.

E-grip is more useful. I really like the firing modes. RTs are usually legal but just not as good as the e-grip. -------------

| The r/t actually makes you practice at firing. You just don't pull the trigger and a steady stream of balls comes out like on the e-grip. It is also less expensive, ran off excess gas, and faster. |

| If you tune it right and have a bit of practice, you can control your rate of fire with the R/T. You can go a steady 1-2bps or pull it a little harder and get 17 or more. |

I would go with the e-grip. No sweet spot to worry about, and it can be turned to just semi if your field does not allow anything faster .... you can't do that with an r/t ------------- Tippmann A-5 18" Interceptor Barrel (opsgear) E-grip Remote |

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the Gas used on the R/T is just blow back gas that would just be wasted. Same with the Cyclone, it just uses left over gas that would eventually be wasted. You'll find that a E-grip A5 will get the same amount of shots as an R/T A5. As for my choice? No contest R/T keep it simple and mechanical. when was the last time you've seen some one hose off there Ion/Spyder? With a Tippmann there Durability is worth the weight. (trust me) Also, if your field doesn't allow the RT, do wat WYSM said "Turn it off" where unless you get a JCS Trigger an E-grip wont have that "mouse click" feel to it. Also the A5 can transform into any style of marker you want anyway, there are plenty of speedball upgrades for it, but there are 10x more woodsball/rec upgrades for it. -------------
