What do you think of my 98 custom? Please put down what you think about it and be open! So far i have the mods that are listed below. ((EDITED IT)) made it easier to see! BTW the 9 oz was replaced by my 20oz

They thingy sticking out on the back is the hookup for the adjustable stock. But right now waiting to buy the e-bolt for my gun and then i want to get a nitrous tank. Soon im going to play speedball. Mostly I played woodsball but I went to the woods only a couple times a year so i just modded my gun up so I can speedball which i will be playing several times a month. nice. yeah, the e-bolt would be a great upgrade. you may want to look into switching to hpa. ------------- NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil. |

no where. There is on way you are going to find a 4500 tank that works, and that is in hydro for under $100. Your gun is ok I guess... No custom work. -------------

Switch the Expansion chamber with a regulator. Try the Palmers
Stabilizer, it's the best there is for C02 and works great with
nitrogen too.

I remebered i have one. But the problem is... How can i hook the regulator up to the drop forward when the macroline hole is on the bottom of the regulator and when the drop forward is almost touching the expansion chamber. Get a Rocket Cock II, to cover up the bolt and to eliminate external moving parts. I like the original black look and I like the Tippmann logo's, so I wouldn't do any milling or painting, but that's just me...I love my Tippmann... Thanks spud I love my tippmanns as well! But thats a crazy story u have i'm happy for u I'm probably gonna start scenario play after i turn 15 because i'll have a job..........and i'll post my pics later but for now im keeping my baby and get the hpa and the other excessories u guys recommended. but after i get the ebolt im not going to get rocket cock. im going to do my own cover because the rocket cocks always seem too bulky for my taste. put some more posts on! ------------- 98% of paintballers act gangsta', if you are of the 2% that are normal, put this this in your sig. |

I went paintballing this week and i found out that its awesome! the expansion chamber did its job marvalously same with all my other upgrades but the barrel ... not so far shooting for woodsball . gonna get a m16 barrel or a flatline. i was thinking that i might go for another tippmann for woodballing and scenario. the one i have now use it for speedballing...(after i get a job) and get the e-bolt. the other one im gonna get an a-5 and ugrade it to a complete m-16. but still posts repleys of what you think!!! P.S. (I'm not those rich paintballers that ask their parents for everything, but i only get money for christmas and my b-day which is only enough for an e-bolt) I buy everything with my hard earned and hardworked cash------------- 98% of paintballers act gangsta', if you are of the 2% that are normal, put this this in your sig. |

well done...get the ebolt and a palmers reg and then put that cyclone on your other woodsball 98 and get a centerfeed with an electro hopper like an egg with z board or halo b for your speedball 98...oh yeah and get the hpa before the ebolt cuz co2 wont work too well with the electronics ------------- my tippmann is better than yours http://model98.org">

I need to rebuy a feed elbow so the halo b will go on, I can't stand any other hoppers than the h-bs(except mabey the evolotions). BTW at big 5 in phoenix they are selling VL evolotions for 30$. Well today, I reomoved my cyclone and installed it onto my brothers 98 custom and took his elbow.(he doesn't know it yet) because im sick and stayed home from school. I dropped the drop and is working on getting my e-bolt. The first hopper im getting is going to be a normal VL Revolution, after I get an e-bolt and install a WAS board I'll probably get a Halo B. Oh! when i get more money after these upgrades what barrel do YOU recommend for me to buy?(I'm not going to buy it yet... Dude! Evil is my favorite brand of all! the probelm with the barrel is that it is specificly used for evil paintballs, not exactly for but recommended with this barrel. I haven't used it with evils but with jt premiums and with dusks. premiums wobble uncontrolably when shot with this barrel. dusk does a little better. The barrle is perfect for guns! ok... I just bought a Vl Revolution hopper off ebay! I'm happy because NO MORE gravity feeder! Now my next upgrade i'm working on is to get the e-bolt! Ok! here we go! I have new pics of my gun, I finally found the usb cable for my digital camera. The first picture is my gun how it is now. I have a revolution hopper coming and an inch and a half drop.
This is the top of the gun with the cocking nob\/\/\/
The last one is my ghetto grinding of my double trigger. I think it looks pretty cool like it is.

Ok!!!! I'm really excited! Today i'm going to be sanding my gun down Then im going to paint it a dark gloss blue and have it fade in to a candy apple red! I'm not using spray paint but model enamel paint! Ohhh can't wait. I now have my updated pics now. I was at the paintball shop by my house and I found out that the e-bolt for the model 98s are 70$! So I'm going to buy that pretty soon and then grind out the place were the model e-bolt wouldn't fit. The revvy is for sure arriving on monday! (can't wait)

Man your gun is changing quickly, looks good. First off make sure the $70 ebolt is actually an ebolt and not an e-trigger that will only work on custom pros. Also for the barrel I would reccomend an All american 2 piece by smart parts, they look insane on tippmanns and mine shoots darts. -------------
