I was pondering where I would want to live if I didn't live in Florida. If you could live anywhere you have visited, where would you live and why? I would like it to only be places you have visited because then you have an idea of what it might actually be like in that country.

I would live in Geneva, Switzerland because of the great quality of life and emphasis put on family values.

Mmm...   Switzerland.  More dungeons, dominatrixes, and deviant sexuality per capita than any other country...

You are right - sounds pretty good.

Keystone, Colorado, if I had to move.

I'm perfectly happy here in Alabama.

I enjoyed Switzerland because it was clean, had friendly and well educated people, and I like the snow.

I'm sure you could find a snowball or two in Switzerland as well.  Maybe in one of the fine dungeons.

I dunno. Columbia is pretty scary. I had a friend who lived there. Pretty crazy stories.

Not Canada. Boring. Very boring.

Worked with a guy who moved here from Britain, over the summer. He told me that it was the most boring place he'd been to. And that's in Ontario, the industrial heart of Canada.

Is anybody going to bother explaining why they would rather live there over their current location?

Anywhere with good paintball and scenario games. That has some sort of Aerospace engineering job open.

White Horse in the Yukon. I hear good things about it. Aside from the cold, i would like it.

Marsailles.(terrific wine, and its a port town, i love the smell of the sea and i love boats.)

Nice.(best food in france)

I would completely move OUT of the US. Im a little fed up with DC drowning in its own vomit so to speak. Republican, Demicrat it all sickens me.

"Harry, we're gonna go somewhere where the beer flows like wine, and the women flock like the salmon of Alaska! We're going to ASPEN!"
That's not an exact quote, but it's close enough.

Maybe not in park city, but somewhere within a couple of hours drive. I could ski during the months that I couldn't climb. It would be awesome.

I'd love to live in Vermont, because of the snow and ski resorts they have there. I love snowboarding. I don't know what I'd do about paintball. I imagine they have some indoor fields up there, though I've never heard of any tournaments or other games up there.
