Hey all, I currently have a stock A5 I'm thinking of making the following mods. Flatline barrel, colapsable stock, and most importantly switching to air. To all you A5 folks. What exactly is needed to switch from my stock CO2 to compressed air?

A high output compressed air tank. Tanks are read like this: 45 ci (size) 4500 (amount of internal pressure able to be held safely) 850 psi output (output pressure- usually just referred to as high output)

If you get a stock you will want to run a remote. May I suggest a J-J
Ceramic, All American or a St!ffi (14" max) instead of the flatline.

Make sure the barrel you buy matches your style of play and position. I love the Flatline, others do not. If you get a flatline, air is a must. Air is more consistent, which the flatline needs to be really effective.

Yup; the only thing you need is a High Output tank and you're good to go.

Tha flatline is the best route to go. Most definitly get a remote kit. The apex looks like you have to adjust it everytime you shoot to much to do if you want to shoot someone. flatline!!!!

I wouldn't bother with a stock or remote. You want you gun to be fast
handling. If you play seriously you'll be shooting left and right
handed. Stocks and remotes just get in the way.
There is nothing wrong with the Flatline barrel. It does as it is
advertised to do. Accuracy isn't bad, though you'll find it is very
loud. You'll have no trouble finding A5 Flatline users on your field
because of the distinctive sound they make.
HPA is almost a "must have". A5's are gas hogs, so get the biggest tank you can afford, at least a 68ci model.
A properly set up A5 is an very good marker. I used mine in woodsball,
but I also played competitive speedball with it, and I had great
results. The Egrip is another good mod, especially for speedball,
consider getting it later on down the line.
