So I've decided not to buy either the xbox 360 or PS3 because quite frankly, there's no need for a new console yet. They shouldn't even be trying to make them when they haven't even fully utalized the old technology. Just trying to lock in customers to win the video game war.
I am interested in the nintendo revoultion though. It might not be that powerfull but nintendo still impresses me with it. I might actually end up buying one of those. This pointless post has been brought to you by the letter K -------------

Microsoft is messing around with all kinds of packages and price ranges, not to mention bundles from particular dealers. They need to get their ::crap:: together and realize that it's a console, not a parts sold seperately entertainment center. I just think they're trying to do too much with it. I just want to play games. -------------

i want to get a revolution as well, the whole concept of the controllers just makes me want to try it out... i am getting a ps3 also. ------------- A gun is not a weapon... It's a tool. Like a butcher knife, or a harpoon, or...uh, a...an alligator. |

I know I seem like a nintendo cheerleader around here sometimes, but I'm really excited about the revolution, its controller, and the direction nintendo is going. I'm sorry, but I'm far more interested in what they "could" do than what I KNOW Sony and microsoft will do*.
(*- As in, stay locked in their penile measurment contest while trying to get game developers to agree no to sell to the other manufacurer. All the while, Microsoft pushing some sort of delusional concept of an entertainment/media center on us, and Sony just slinging so much crap out there that some of it, according to the laws of averages, has to be a hit.) |

I watched a little trailer of a Xbox 360 game and I'm not impressed... at all if I do buy a new console, it will most likely be PS3, and that will only be fore KillZone 2/3 -------------

There are only two packages. One with a hard drive and wireless controller and one without. There are also two sony playstations 2's. Any other deal is not Microsoft's deal. -------------

video games just bore me nowadys. halo is fun time to time, but i quit xbl because of the annoying kids shouting in their headset. and when you're good, you get accused of hacking, standby, modding, ect. but if your bad you get flamed. it's just stupid and people take gaming way too far. maybe they think it will become a professional sport..... ------------- X |

It's still crap that I have to deal with to get one, assuming I drop the cash. I just feel that a console should already come as decked out as it's going to get. It's not for computer games, and it's not for movies, it's for video games. They've lost the idea. -------------

One of my friends this year was ranked somewhere in the top 20's. I didn't believe him until I saw him play. That and I think I remember playing him on xbl one time. -------------

I know a guy who works at gamestop or gamespot.. whichever it is. And he has played the XBOX360 and said it was schweet, i wasnt that impressed with the videos i say from it. He also said not sure if its true that PS3 release for america probaly wont be until Christmas 2006.... seems a littlew long but i dont know. I still think PS3 is gonna own anything out there, and will most defienetly be getting one of those. O and before i get flammed for this guy lieing, gamestop sends their managers to their texas headquarters for like and EA type game convention sponsored by all the big boys in the biz.. so yea.. i might get the box.. but i dont know, depends on when PS3 is going to drop. ------------- USAF Special Weapons Technician. |

I don't see the revelance between a wireless controller and a hard drive with computer games or movies. The hard drive would be used for game saves, just as it is used now and the wireless controller would provide more freedom. I think this Xbox is a much better deal than the previous generation. -------------
