For a stock tippmann A-5, in your opinion what should be the priority in which one spends his/her money in upgrading

it'll be helpful if you state your specification for either woodball/speedball or the combination or low/high budget upgrade or recommended brand for certain products

thanks for any feedback

First is always a new barrel. the barrel depends on woods or speed...

second is often a drop forward, or nitro, double trigger, RT... it kinda just fans out from barrel depending on what you want...

Defiantly the barrel. For that I'd suggest the Smart Parts All American. They cost $70, but will give you great accuracy and reduced noise. That's for either speed or woods.

I would also say barrel first.  I have a 14 inch JJ ceramic, and I love it.  They are a bit cheaper than some other barrels, but they perform well.

Either get the All American, or the Freak kit. My choice would be a Freak (good accuracy, killer looks, light weight, and changeable bore sizes.) The Freak Kit is about $80-100, but I think it's worth it. Then I'd either go with the RT, or the E-grip. The E-grip is useable at tourneys, and can get up to 15 bps, I think. I know that many fields don't allow the RT, but that's good too.

is an upgraded Front bolt much of a good upgrade for its price?

^^Same as with the A-5, considering they use the same front bolt.

I agree with almost everyone else. Get a better barrel or a barrel kit. Then get a firepower upgrade.
