Put 10 or 20 balls in your hopper, shoot them and get your mom to time you. then do math.

or you can do it the other way around and see how many you can shoot in a set amount of time...

If you want to do it in real life, then use a crono (to be more accurate). There is a game though where you click the mouse and it tells you how fast you're shooting. The site name currently slips my mind though.

Just fill the hopper and get the time for how long will it take you to empty it and then do the and then divide how many balls are in the hopper by the time.

I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.

Or you can just go to your local field fill your hopper and shoot over the chronograph and it will tell you. Most chronos they have at a field will tell your FPS but whenever you fire multiple shots it well tell your BPS.

Those chronos are horribly inaccurate - they generally just measure the time between any two balls, which gives an inflated number for ROF.

The better way is to time a hopperful.  Use a video camera, and record the entire shooting.  Then you can determine exactly when the shooting started and stopped - a stopwatch does you no good with measurements this fast.

http://www.pbvids.com - www.pbvids.com has one but I don't think it's very accurate.
