I'm working on being the first to make the flamethrower version.

OMG I want to stab people in the eyes whenever I hear anything about flamethrowers and the C3 now. Seriously, it's so stupid, and not original in any way. The C3 uses combustion to shoot the paintball, via a very small amount of propane. Thus, only burnt up propane leaves the gun. This means, nothing left for idiots to try to set on fire.

When will people get it?!!?!??

If you someone can screw up Mozilla, someone will find a way to light the propane out of the tank.

I bet I could rewire that ignition system and lock the combustion chamber open so continous gas is released at a high rate of speed, Put the igniter at the end of the barrel, Seal to the ports and any other leaks... Hook it up to a grill propane tank.

If you realy wanted to, It could be done. In under seconds the gun would completly melt because of composite, But for those brief seconds I could BBQ something. The over-all flame probly would'nt be any larger then a propane torch, But... That means nothing to me.

Not by the sounds of the jackass proof interior.

If someone does manage to bork the C3 into a flame thrower, then it will be so horribly modded/ mangled that tippmann wont be liable, and they will know it wasnt the sport being unsafe.

Dremel that sucker.

Or, Sawzall it.

I'm not saying there is ANY intelligent reason to do this, However, purly for the sake of arguement I throw the possability out there.

Anything man made, can be modified given the knowledge and proper tools.

Well, we've got lots of them on this forum...

But as I said, it would be so mangled, that tippmann wouldnt, nor the sport of paintball would be at fault.

That would be like taking metal cutters to a grill and suing when you hit the propane line.

nobody is blaming the sport. just simply stating that if someone knew what they were doing, and had the skillsets to pull it off, they could do it.

Jesus, have you ever shot a full propane tank now you don't have to wast emoney on buying the huge ones for the grill. Just sacrifice like 10-20 bucks plus however much to get it filled and shoot it
