Listen, ive heard alot about people replacing the tippmann stock tigger spring with a ballpoint pen spring to make the trigger alot lighter. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THIS, OR DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING BAD THAT COULD HAPPEN IF YOU DID DO THIS????

search the forum, it's been done and those people have taken pictures, and made a step by step procedure.

Don't use caps and search before you ask. There are no adverse side effects other than a lighter trigger, meaning it could go off easier. Its really personal preference. I like a heavier trigger pull myself.

i did it and the first time i did i messed it up so i had to get a new stock srping cuz i tried messing with the one in the gun. then i tried it again and it worked fine.

Literally all you do is take out the trigger spring and replace it with the spring from a clicky pen. That's it. You can clip or stretch it to get the 'right' feel.

Nope, not at all. Worst possible case is you place the spring really badly and it slips out during a game, but that's extremely unlikely. The only adverse consequence would be a prolematic trigger until you could take it apart and put the spring back in, but if this hasn't happened with a stock spring, it's very unlikely with the pen spring.

Honestly I am at a loss for the utter stupidity that has followed in this thread. If you replace the trigger spring with a lighter one, the trigger pull will be lighter, thats it.
