Right now McDonalds has the McRib. What's more, when you purchase a McRib value meal, you can get a second McRib sandwich for a dollar. That's like purchasing a second heaven for a dollar. McRibs are the pinnacle of fast food achievement.
I ate four McRibs this past weekend, and I intend to eat more in the near future. I suggest you all do the same.

Now that I think about it, I havent been to McDees in a while. I'll have to go again soon and get me a McRib.

The McRib is a different species of rib. One cannot replace the other in my palate. I love real ribs, this is true, and Kansas City is known all over for its bbq, but the McRib also holds its own. Sometimes, it just has to be a McRib.

Not offered in my neck of the woods. I have tried it though... loooong time ago. Good stuff.
But without them here... I settle for multiple double cheeseburgers, and then my bowels immediately punish me afterwards... every time. Yet I still go back...

I work at McDonalds.
Yeah, we dont have it back yet, the stuff should come in next truck...
As a worker, I hate it. It takes up extra space, I have to set all the grills higher to cook pork on, and most people freak out and order 50 of them at once which means I have to cook more.

When I worked the McDonald's grill they were a bit of extra trouble, but I loved eating them so I didn't mind making them. They took forever to cook though.
And so, Mr. McDonald's McRib Maker, I salute you.

I have them sometimes on my break (I worked last time they had them out...sometime about a year and a half ago)....
I didnt put any sauce on it (The sauce is nasty), I put about 4 packets of the Sweet N Sour nugget sauce on it, shredded lettus, and tomato....
I dont know what to call it, but it was good.

Well, I have been looking for a way to gain weight. Somebody told me of a bodybuilding friend who spent five months overseas and couldn't stand the food, but had to keep on weight. He'd eat five of those double whoppers a day. Not good on the blood, but weight wise he did fine.

I used to love those. The only place I could ever find them was the McDonalds in Maui, and I only went there once a year. (Drives down to local McDonalds right now..)

There ya go. Good and good for you. | That's actually not as bad as I thought it would be. That is a ton of fat, especially saturated though.....but if it tastes good to you go for it!
It is pretty skimp on the protein though.....makes me wonder what exactly IT IS, seeing as how it's represented as a boneless rib sandwich, you would think there would be more protein.
But anyways if you honestly really want to gain healthy weight, feel free to hit me up with a PM or something because I was in the same situation but have recently found the answer.....I went from like 155 to now weighing a good 170, I gained a pretty solid 15 pounds in not really much more than a couple months. A decent bit is fat, but quite honestly I'm still pretty ripped and am really happy/amazed with how much of it is LBM.

I might do that. I've been talking with a guy who spent a few years as a personal trainer for some tips and he's been a big help, but I'm still having trouble gaining and keeping weight. So far I'm breaking down McRibs faster than they can make them. :) I'll just have to decide if I really want to push it and gain some weight, or just work with what I've got.

I know you probably won't take me seriously and part of that's my fault, but honestly, if you want to gain weight, your new best friend should be oats! They are like one of the best complex carbs and that is one of the main things you need to get swole....but really any sort of complex carb will do, just make sure not to take in too much sodium.
Just make sure you're eating a bunch of calories, carbs(mostly complex), and protein.
And take a quality multivitamin, and some fish oil pills.
Trust me, dude, trust me.

Roman meal is my choice of bread too. | Good choice. I prefer wheat bread, but I don't like most of those whole grain ones that put big old seeds and grains in there....it messes up the texture of my sammich.
Roman Meal is the best wheat bread I've tried.
But I've started buying 0.99 cent loafs of french bread fresh at the store and just using that to make big-ol sandwiches....I recommened that for the special occasions when you don't wan the Roman Meal, cheap and great.

I hear people spouting off about fast-food, thinking that just because they are fat they know what's up with stuffing their face!
But I'm sorry, any sort of mushroom melt is for sissy-boys!
For the cheap, and to fill ip a big-boy, I think it's pretty hard to beat the .99 cent double cheeseburgers from Burger King.
But for the rea hunger, when you don't mind dropping almost $10 bones on a fast-food meal, IMHO, nothing can touch the Arbee's Big Montana....after being unfulfilled with so many other fast-food restaurants "big-man" meals, this one has really never failed to satisfy me.
