So I was driving this morning and relized something. Rappers are trying
to take over the world. I'm sure that some of you have thought this yourselves. But I mean Rappers are trying to take over movies by becoming horrible actors, they all have to have their own energy drink, had some new words added to the English dictionary, and they spell everything wrong thinking that it's cool and "hip". this was deepthinking by sporx on November 9, 2005. -------------

I'm not sure about deep, Nor how concise you're thought was.
One could argue women are trying to take over the world simply because they are marketing all these females cloths, Female drinks, Female Telivision networks, Books,Rights, and so on and so forth. Does this mean that women are attempting to dominate the earth and subdue it in their estrogen hormones? No. It's just a bunch of people trying to liquidize their share of the market to their particular target demographic. Now bears on the other hand... Bears are trying to take over the world. |

As far as this thread was intended to go, stealth pretty much pwnt you,
for what its worth, and how many good rappers do you see marketing
their name in the way you describe? I guestimate 0. But on a more serious note, the impending danger of bears is nothingas compared to what the dolphins can do. That simpsons episode was no lie, simply a satire of wat is to happen in the near future. Proof: The deadliest container for liquids, a bottle(break one, insert into opponents abdomen, profit). Bottle nosed dolphins know this, and will not hesitate to use it to their advantage. -------------

Depends, how tall is the bear? Is it at his waist, or our waist? what kind of shark? Id have to say shark though, the bear may be strong, and have claws, but a shark is 1000 pounds of muscle, and not much will stop it if its trying to eat something(as far as living beings go, not harp00ns, or torpedos, or ray guns) -------------

I rarely listen to the radio, but when I do there are literally more than half devoted to Mexicans....it's really rediculous! I could see if it was actually good music, but my gawd I could honestly say I would listen to that east coast studio 50 cent garbage before I listen to this wailing Mexican music....obnoxious is the only way I can describe it. |

Dude, if you've heard this "Bloods vs. Crips: Bangin' On Wax", you would be all over this rap game......
To me, I have recently found that rap is the only form of music I really need to listen to. It ranged all throuhgout the spectrum, you've got your hardcore ass dudes that rap about beating people down and being thugs, you've got your slick rappers who talk about pimping it and playing girls, you've got your unique rappers who spit about nobody being able to be on their level and relate to them, you've got the white rappers with all the superior knowledge and lyrical talent, and then you can even go to the extreme and listen to some straight up Bloods and Crips dishing it out on each other I honestly think rap is the best all around form of music around....too many people just see some garbage on TV or the radio and assume that's what rap is...it's not! It's just like everyting else made for public consumption....watered down and whack! |

i love the people who put down what others like. i listen to everything
but country music and tmv. and rap certainly has its place in society.
just watch tv and see how many commercials you go through without one

For all you that are ripping on rap, what type of music do you listen to?
I hear people dissing rap for it's weak lyrics, but the rap I listen to seems to be the most original and creative music I have found. "I'm not a killer, but I'm not exactly Pro-Life, keep acting stupid I'm a stab you with my girl's knife, I'm not a coward punk I'll walk into your living room, change the channel, and make you watch a cartoon....." We listen to music to be entertained and relate...you may relate to some alternative musician or whatever you listen to, I relate to and enjoy this underground California rap more than any other form of music. To top it off, I always hear people who have never heard anyone but 50 Cent and JayZee talk about how crappy rap is....like anything else the people that talk the most crap know the least about it! |

there is just as much **edited**ty rock music than there is rap music. most of the rappers on tv blow more ass than i can remember. but then there is alot of "rockers" out there that do just the same. btw if you want good honest hip-hop check out: lyrics born, blackalious, talib kweli, mos def, the roots and common. those are just starters. they don't talk about shooting people or being some hard ass ganster. they are what real hip-hop. the stuff on tv = hip-pop. kinda like backstreet boys only tougher looking. btw, its all about the dolphins. bears are controlled by them and i have the evidense! |
