Varies how tired I am, if I'm all perky and ready to go i take it with
Cream, If I'm a little tired but need a little boost, I take it with
Sugar and a drop of Cream, and if I'm too tired I don't even want to
Wake up, I use about a 1/2lb of Sugar and a gallon of Cream.

as long as you are otherwise healthy and don't have adverse reactions to it, caffeine is not really all that dangerous
*Edit* When I drink coffee which is way rare(like once or 2X a year) gotta have lots of cream and a good amount of sugar |

If your coffee comes from a "powder" its really time to change brands...
I don't drink much coffe any more, unless I need the heat, or am drinking good coffee. And, like a good cut of meat, it doesn't need anything added to it. |

How do I take it? From the charming young lady at the Starbucks window, but only occassionally. I'm not a big coffee drinker, but when I do indulge, it's from the admittedly-corporate-sellout-world area Starbucks.

Ever since I started reenacting and the clever fellows that run the events decide that its funny to wake everyone up at 6am for drill, I've developed a taste for strong black coffee with no sugar in it. Not so much for the 'wake up' value, because I've grown so numb to coffee that I cannot drink enough to wake me up....but more for the heat.....its usually very, very cold in the mornings at these events. ------------- ? |
