My A5 needs to be checked out/ repaired/ also needs put in a new cyclone ratchet because the one in it is bad. I still have warranty, on the Tippmann website where is the page that tells with sending your gun in, and getting the # for repairing the gun? 

I try looking and couldn't find the info can someone give me a link?

Call Tippmann...ask them nicely to fix it free of charge and they will fix it.

Thanks for the info, that answered most of my questions however I was curious about one thing I just found the address I need to send my A5 in.  It says send a description of what needs to be fixed and such. 

Do you need a Return Authorization # to send it in?

No, I just included a note explaining what was wrong and included my name, phone number and return address. The marker came back to me in less than 10 days.

If you actually call Tippmann, they will be able to tell you exatly what you need to do to have you marker repaired.  If you don't call, you'll still be guessing.  Stop guessing!  It's a free call.
