Looks bulky and not very ergonomic.  I'm sure it performs alright though, and if it works for you that's all that matters.

Not liking the color, and the Warp Feed is kind of useless, but whatever floats your boat.

No, he made two seperate statements:

1) Not good to warp a 98. This is what I inquired about since there is really no reason that it would be bad specifically on a 98.
2) Not good to put gravity feed on a warp. I agree with this.

im getting a 12v revy shortly so it wont be "Shake and Bake".  acyually just found out what that means today.  a term used by artillery personel for when the shoot HE rounds first, and follow up with WP.

but back to the gun, im gonna re-do the paint, and get a 12v revy, so then it will work like a charm.

i wasnt going to get the warp at all, but then i found one for $20, so i couldnt pass that up.

If so, then I agree with you - but I read it as one statement:  No need to warp a 98 with a gravity hopper.

No matter.  We all agree.

Pretty spiffy. Have you thought about milling off the top half of the front grip there? I think that would clean it up a little. Still, very unique!

Eville, you're completely wrong about the term 'shake and bake'. The term comes from you having to shake a gravity fed gun because the balls jam up in the hopper/elbow.
I give the gun about a 3 (because at least it's a Tippmann)

I cant see how you can manuver at all with that kind of setup. Looks like you'd have fun just trying to conceal yourself with that gun...let alone crawl or roll... Whatever floats your boat man...

Skruge- I'm a righty, if i was a lefty, the warp would be on the other side.

Uberhamster- i know thats what it means in paintball, but i talked to an artilery officer that day, and he told me what it means in artilery terms.

Majinkai- actually it makes concealment easier because i dont have a hopper sticking up on the top of the gun, it moves it down right in front of my chest.

Anarchy Scout - yes, its a 7.62x39 (ak 47)

Hm...

That kinda smacks down your cheeky comment benttwig33...

Well I guess I'd have to hold it myself to see exactly how it feels or manuvers...

Definately looks like you know what you want.

One thing though, what did you do to close up the old slot for the cocking knob on the side.

a trusty tube of JB weld, so far its held up just fine

nice...

I've never been a fan of JB weld but im not dumb enough to try to weld the 98 body.

Definately inspiring to see a really customized gun and not just another dress up kit.

Thank you  10/10

not a big fan of the camos, at least not the ones ive tried to do.  i'll probably go with just an olive drab, or something to match the bullet.

lay off man, hes new to the forum theres a lot of threads he hasnt seen.  if you dont want to read old threads, dont open them.  if a thread has 900 views, then you should be smart enough to figure out that its an old thread.

its like all the old ladies that get offended by a show on tv, and call the tv station to complain, instead of just changing the channel.  noones forcing you to look at these old threads, if you do, its your own fault.
