Well, my 98c is out of action at the moment, the stupid plastic valve casing cracked at the back so the bolt won't blow back. So, since I need a new valve casing+powertube, I'm considering installing and RT while I'm at it since I'll get a new one with the kit.
Right now I'm running an empier reloader, which should probably keep up with the RT. However, there's an issue. I've used RT's before, and when I'm using one, I really seem to have trouble sweet spotting it when I'm using a drop, which I have. I like my current set up with the drop because it seems to take some of the weight off of my trigger hand, letting me work the trigger faster. I'm not a huge fan of the way it feels. However, if I get an RT, I'd prefer a more agressivly balance gun without a drop. I just seem to have better control with a set up like that. I of course have the option of going back the the standard ASA, which is connected to an X-chamber(my drop is connected to a male palmer stab)which is the set up I normally use for woods, but then I'm stuck with an RT for speedball, which would be illegal if I ever wanted to use it in a tournament and even illegal at some fields.
What this is boiling down to is that I'm considering just getting a new powertube assembly, saying forget the RT on the 98, and Getting an A-5 RT for a dedicated woodsball gun. In that case I should ask for one for christmas instead of an RT for my 98, since if I buy an A-5 myself my GF will give me crap about wasting money on a stupid kids hobby(I'm getting her a snowboard for christmas that costs more than an A-5RT, and I'm sure she'll love it)
So this is what I'm thinking I want for my arsenal by this summer:
One gun equipped with a super RT, hopper to keep up with it (cyclone with QEV mod or HaloB) and flatline for my woods set up to provide impressive raping ability with flat trajectory.
And a tourny-legal gun. Possibly the A-5, but with a transplanted palmer stab, e-grip(will have WAS board if I do a QEV mod) and double trigger. Or my 98, essentially as-is.
I need to decide like NOW which gun is going to be which, since quite a few people are planning on getting me paintball stuff for christmas and so I'll know which acessories to ask for.

I say keep your 98 setup for speedball if you're thinking about getting an
A-5. Powertubes are not expensive, just order a new one from Tippmann or
somewhere else....

Rednekk, Are you running the Empire Reloader II or Reloader B?
A Reloader II will not keep up with the R/T. I've already tried it.

Actually, reloader I. It has the same shaped shell as a VL revvy. I've seen revvy's keep up with the RT, but it was probably turned down or something. I really hate chopping, so I might have to shoot something with a RT and a cyclone.
