sooo why do all of you hate ions so much??(for the ppl that dont like them) i hear its because everyone is getting them or something but if you ask me everyone has dm4's and dm5's and nobody hates those guns?? it kinda makes me mad because in general the ion is a good gun but alot of you guys always rag on them and i dont get it.... ------------- 02 cocker-sold ion max flo progressive clamping feedneck 47/3k tank revvy |

My Ion owns on the field. 17bps (in rebound) is just as fast as anyone else shooting, so why complain? As with any gun, you must maintain it and keep it clean and lubed, or else it will break. ------------- Overshooting, America's greatest pastime. |

Im pretty sure my viking can do 46 bps if it had a loader to feed that fast, so shut up. It can also do 23 w/ my reloader, so if i feel like just wasting paint, i can shoot faster. And that makes me a better looking person. -------------

Because the Ion is good and cheap, bringing the prices of other high end guns down hurting the paintball marker makers. I think. I like 'em though. -------------

I dont like SP and the ive seen way to many ions break at the field. Yeah...that's because Ion's and 98's are roughly the same market. Ion's are electro and 98's are not. A new person with an electro is much more likely to mess up their gun than a new person with a 98.

I would not say i hate em its just every one and their grandma has em. But then again i dont like alot of the current "speedball guns". My things in Mags, Tippys, and Pumps. Although im beginning to have some intrest in older angels or an E-Mag tooo  .Id rather pay $500 dollars for say a used Emag than the $350 on a Ion. The Emag is ALOT more reliable/durable Just as compact and is plenty fast for any baller. Its also not as common on the feild and a Emag can be its owen backup marker LOL. to be honest, i wouldnt mind an ion, but i just dont want to spend the money required. by the time the ion is original or "high quality" you put 700 bucks into it. just buy an 05 angel speed or something. they are relaively inexpensive. about as much as a vision shocker. ------------- Evil Elvis: "Detrevni is definally like a hillbilly hippy from hell"
