I need to. It's a great mood lifter for me. I've been intensely depressed lately and very on edge.

I go to the YMCA accually. It's located on top of my work place....i was in the break room the other day and saw free passes to the Y so i took a bunch of them. They will last me around a month and a half so after i gotta pay for it, but it's great.

Definately a mood booster like reif said.

Yeah, any activity helps lift mood, but actualy lifting weights does more for me than taking my medication. It's difficult with a full schedule, but I need to fit it back in.

work has also interfered with my working out. so i began running. it's free and i can do it whenever my schedule dictates i have time. as much as i hated running i'm actually starting to get into it.

Swimming > Weights.

An all-inclusive exercise program > any one exercise

but swimming is good stuff, very low impact

I work out 5 days a week, simply because it's one of my classes in school.

I would worry about eating ENOUGH calories, carbs(mostly complex form), protein, and good fats, rather than worrying about things to avoid.

When you're young you need a lot of fuel. Don't descriminate! LOL

^Why is that? I never worked out at school but there were people that did. Looked like a good opportunity to get in shape, using good weights for free.
