i finnaly got my e-grip but when i was puttin it toghater i accidently pushed to hard and the wires started to fray. does this matter? and the little white thing that changes the speed is stripped. does tha matter....

I don't own an e-grip but common sense would tell me that they probably do in fact matter. Why would they be there if they didn't matter? I don't know for sure though.

If you didn't know how to install it, why did you try? That could be a very costly mistake....

Possibly yes, it could matter. Just leave the wire(s) alone, and hope it still works. And you just won't be able to change the rate of fire, but it won't hurt anything that it's stripped.

accutaly i ddid know how to install it but... i was tired and jamed it in there. i dont think the wires are frayd tha much and i don't wanna take it aprt to c. i can still change the rate of fire but i don't think it matters if its stripped cause  can still turn it ne ways thanks for the help.

mmmm i would take it to a pro shop ad have them put it in for u instead of u takeing a chance of wasteing 120 dollers
