I hit stuff and listen to music. I try to forget about stuff, but the

Never use drugs as a way out of anger, always use drugs as a reward for
yourself. If you feel great, go ahead and smoke and drink. But if you
feel crappy, don't smoke or drink, or do any drugs, because then you'll
become dependent and dependent is not good. When I'm angry, I like to
scream loudly at trees; listen to very angry/fast/insane bands(i.e.
Nile, Emporer, Cryptopsy all fall under the fast and insane category);
or sit in my room and stare at the floor/wall until my problems go away.

| Actually, I go into the woods with an axe(it's really more like a large hatchet) and fine a good tree to chop down. I do this as fast as I can, which usually leaves me with hurting hands. If I'm really ticked, maybe I'll drop it on my head and knock some sense into myself. It's a good way to stockpile wood for campfires. |

This works very well, this is one reason im involved in the outdoors, like hunting and fishing.
