i just got my q-loader today and i couldnt get it to feed like its sopposed to feed. i took the whole q-loader apart and put it back together and then i loaded the pod with the crank and cranked in all the balls but when i hooked it all up and then put it in the slot that hooks up to the gun it will sound like its rewinding for a sec and then it stops and nothing happens after that i mustve spent a couple hours fiddeling with it, can anyone help me?

Are you sure that you fully inserted and twisted the pod into the whatchamacallit? The balls aren't released until you twist the pod all the way.
