I have a new stock 98, and the problem I am having is that it leaks air out the barrel and out the back were the bolt is.   And I am not talking about a small leak, I am talking about Ice flying out of the sucker. So what could be the problem? An o-ring in the power tube maybe?

It is leaking after you cock it?

Yes... it leaks after I cock, shoot it, drop it and kick it. I've taken everything apart, cleaned it oiled it, except I haven't taken the power tube apart.

Well, looks like that is your next move! There are only two places that gas can leak from the power valve (inside the power tube). From the pin valve caused by trash geting in the sealing surfaces of the valve. Or from the plug "O" ring (unlikely) having becoming damaged.

If this marker is "new" this should not happen. Has it been taken apart? Has it been cleaned and oiled regularly? Any time a marker leaks out of the barrel it is because of the valve not sealing properly. Drop a bunch of oil down in the ASA or if you have it apart drop it directly in the valve body. You may have some junk inside it.
