I heard that the e-grip for the a-5 makes the a-5 brake more, is this true? Those with e-grips on their a-5s has your a-5 broken from rapid fire? and how lond was it till it broke? Is there a solution? and which is better made, the 5 mode e- grip or the 3 mode e-grip. If the myth of e-grips braking guns them Im going to take mine of.

i've heard the e-grip has delecate wireing.  as far as i know, tippmann will never make a product to kill it's own marker.

if it is going to break, which I have not heard of yet, it would just be the internals or circuitry within the E-grip.  IMO

Ha. I love to hear rumors like this. They just make my day. :> So what you're saying you heard is that the E-Grip breaks the A-5? That's not true at all. If anything, the E-Grip was what broke, not the actual gun.., most likely due to user error. Anyway, how do you "break" a Tippmann? Really, I'd like to know.

Not True, anyone who says somthing like that has clearly never use either an E-grip or A-5 because the two of those go together like paint on foes. When i got my A-5 it cried every night until i got it an E-grip and now it couldnt be happier

The more you put on your A-5 the more there is to break. That in mind however, if you treat the gun well it will treat you even better. I mean come on, its a tippmann.

More maintenance is needed for the E-Grip but do it right and you'll be fine. Or more then fine.
