I know egrips are notorious battery burners, but i was wandering if it is normal for it to go through batteries while it is in storage.  i had a fresh battery in, then about 4 days later, i got it out, and it was dead.  i cant remember if i turned it off or not, but i think i did.

The battery was gone after a day of play and few days of compulsive clicking.

I'd save for a was or ape board.  They're supposed to be better on batteries.

It shuts off automatically if it isn't being used after like 10 minutes.

Make sure your E-grip comes with the new WAS board.  It's shipping with them from what I hear, but some places are still getting rid of their old supply.

You should really *remove* your battery when it's in storage.  As you know there is no on/off switch, and there is always some battery drain (leakage current) even when in "sleep mode."

That being said, 4 days is pretty bad... maybe a bad batch of batteries?
