So that way when the tank heats up to a good tempeture, the pressure gets to high and you blow a burst disk. Nice.

Since you're so set on the idea, just use a hand warmer.

Well, if you have a hand warmer and a tank cover, you might be able to slip the hand warmer in between the tank and the cover.

or if you can somehow regulate the temp to a room temp the burst disk should not blow.

Don't ever apply heat to your Co2 tank.  You're almost guaranteed to blow the burst disk because the pressure will get too high.  If you need to increase Co2 pressure on those cold days of playing, get a chemical hand warmer and tape it to your gun around the valve or on an expansion chamber. If you have a remote, wrap the coils of the remote (close to the gun) around a chemical hand warmer. But by all means, don't heat the tank!

Don't be stupid. Exploding tanks are NOT your friend. They work fine as-is.

If you're that desperate for consistency, buy HPA.

Going to a low pressure set up will help those that play in the cold too.  At 20*, Co2 is putting out about 420psi which is what a LP gun will run at.

I play in the cold-ish, about 10/15 degrees celsius, and my Co2 works excellently. in fact, my paint suffers more (brittle shells and balls shrinking) then my Co2 does.

Co2 needs to be at a surrtin tempeture to run on and its not like heating the tempeture of your Co2 will do anything and anyway the tank is made so that it doesnt heat up easily

when you guys say chemical hand warmers, do u mean those little ones you take out of the bag and shake?

Yeah... That's them. I'll tie one on to my gun with an old black sock so air can still reach the warmer and keep it going.  If you starve it for air, the warmer will "turn off".
