Yea, so I usually get a ride from my friend, but he had to stay after school for something today. So me and 3 other friends walk. We dont life far, 15-20 minute walk. Me and my friend Jojo were walking, wiht his bro, a sophmore, sean, right behind us. Our other friend Ryan was ahead a few feet. So we are walkin up this road, a farely big road, 3 lanes on each side, lot of traffic, especially at that time. 3 gangsta kids, abotu 5'4" each, walk up, pass my friend Ryan, and soon as they get to me and jojo, sucker punch us. Me and jojo took one in the jaw, and his brother Sean stepped back and got tapped in the neck. Soon as he saw this Ryan turned around and got in their faces, and soon as I regained balance I did the same, with fist ready. We freaked out at them until they left. Normally, we would of beat the piss out of them, but they were from Shallcross, a secondary school in our neighborhood, and didnt want to risk getting mobbed by all the shallcross kids. So, I call 2 of my buddies who work down the street, and they come out wiht 2 other coworkers, and pick me up, and we see the 3 idiots hanging by the corner where they attacked us. We decide to call the cops, and when they arrive, the kids are gone. I give a description to the cop and he says they are probably "his kids". Referring to the idiots who go to Shallcross. The cop then said If i wanted i could go ID them tomorrow, but i said forget it. He said, good move, because they will get found out anyway, because they'll brag about it, and eventualy it'll get to the principal. Then the cop left us with this wisdom "Next time you see them, get out of your truck, and beat the <crap> out of them. Just dont let them see the tags." Direct quote. So, thats what we are doing tomorrow. Waiting for these 3 morons and are going to beat the piss outta them. They did it for no reason than to be tough, short little turds havin to prove something. They think they get their dumb asses shipped from the city up to our neighborhood and attack us? They've got something coming. After tomorrow, they'd have to be retarded to ever attack someone again. -------------

You called the cops. that is not realy been jumped. i will tell you a story.
One night me and about 5 freinds where hanging about next to the shops were I live. We had been there for a hour or so just messing about like what we did most nights. Feelingh quite peckish me and scotchbroth decide to go round and buy somthing to eat from the shops. when we get round there we see about 3 girls standing in the front door of the shop on a mobile phone saying get down here now no body looks at us like that ( there was lots of swear words) not thinging any thing of it me and S.B go back round th corner to give our freinds the stuff we had bought for them. Then about five mins later 2 guys run round the corner shouting "YER GETTIN DUN".Before we had time to think S.B who was standing next to me got a full runing punch to the face off one of the guys, and the other one grabbed the hood of my jacket. Seeing this all my freinds scatter leaving me and S.B to fend for or self. This is when it gets nasty. after thw guy that grabbed me had punched seven shades of poo out of my face redusing me to a pile on the raod. this being not enough joy for him, he starts to jump on my head witch was on the curb at the time (think american history x) well you can emagin the amount of blood it was pouring from my face... LOTS. After the guy had finished with me they both start to bat the absolte crap out of S.B. it ending in S.B being hit over the head with a meatal bin. Now thats getting jumped. revnge came in the form of a golf club. ------------- a new breed of dracula!!!!!! |

I'm in agreement with brihard. Let it go. And not to sound too hippy, but karma tends to take care of a lot of things.
You took a couple of punches, roll with it, and do not let it happen again. Watch out for these guys, and if they try it again, give them hell, but understand too that life is kicking them on a daily basis. My wife's boss is a horrible person to her at work. She's mean, discriminatory, and generally make's my wife's day very difficult because they don't get along personally. But that woman goes home to a deadbeat husband who doesn't work and still sends the kids to daycare during the day, spends her money, and she lives in a bad house in a bad part of town. Life is kicking her back on a daily basis. Her situation will never change. It's hard, but my wife lets it go. -------------

Man you guys gotta relize that higschool is not even the bigginig of the real world. I come from a BAD area and also have MORE than my share of scuffs while their, Iv been in those shoes. BUT NOTHING is more stupid than picking a fight. Defending your self thats one thing. But going back after the fact you are no better than they are. What do you possibly think youl gain from this endevor? Iv had the crap beaten outa me for attempting to defend mysefl in a 3 on one deal and seriously hurting one of em (made my beat that mutch worse). But as bad as that desition was its still better than goin back with my friends to get em back, it ENDED their. They relized i was no push over and never botherd me again. Going back is just gona be a game of hows got more friends trust me iv seen it many times untill eventually some one got shot stabed or beaten sencless and ended up in the hospital for several weeks or even dead. My god no. Avoid civil courts or any court for that matter at all costs. It's not worth the time/money/effort. Most would see this as a petty crime case but it can easily be twisted into a federal offense. Ex: Assault with intent to: *Lawyer fills in the blank*. Seeing as how they touched you it can also be turned into an invasion of privacy suit as well. Probably not. I'm not gonna be a dumbass to have them find a camera with evidence on it. And I have no idea how old they are, I'd say between 14 and 17. They are atleast Freshman. -------------

I wouldn't suggest picking a fight, but there's no excuse for you not to be able to walk home. Continue to do so, and if they happen to start again(meaning you don't antagonize them) savagly beat them with a sock full of loose change, gravel etc. Don't get mad either or react. Keep your composure, pretend you're beating a rug. It has a lot better phsycological effect when you're no getting angry and just mechanically beating them. Don't think you have to fight fair either, work the groin. Make the punks realize that it is entirely possible to get beaten to death for doing something stupid like that. People that age think they're invincible. Maybe mace them and then beat the crap out of them while they're blind? Also, in the event they do pull a knife and start swinging, it's important to protect your vitals, and not just the area they're cutting. If they slash your head, don't freeze up and expose your neck. Panic gets you killed. |

ahahah best advice yet. however, you do have to realize who you're "messing" with.. this white kid in my school imitated the un-changed voice of this black freshman kid who's like 4 feet tall. the black kid got 6 black seniors to jump the white guy... effed him up too. so just be careful, and realize that as unfair as it may sound, it is NOT just between you and that select group. they have their friends, and who knows what they'll stop at. ------------- aaahhh skeet skeet |

Haha I just read this thread. That's pretty funny. For how you act on here your most likely the same in real life. I'm not shocked someone didn't jump you. Yea it's not fair but a lot of crap isn't. Retaliating isn't gonna do jack unless you kill them and all their little friends and get away with murder. They obvisouly had to have some reasoning behind doing what they did. Very rarely are there cases of thrill beatings or murders. If you do want to fight back you need to think of the one kid that had a something against you. Either he talked his friends into helping or they simply went along. But there was one individual that sparked the idea. Find him, preferably alone and either A fight him on 1v1 or due the same as they did. It will make you feel better or accomplished something but they will try to get the last swing in figuratively and phyiscally speaking. -------------
