If it was bad for the gun to not have one, Tippmann would have put it on there.    You can run without an expansion chamber.

Will it freeze the internals...? Or should I get one?

Depends how fast you're shooting. I doubt you'll freeze up the gun.

What if i had my rt on fully auto and no x chamber, and shot alot, would that be bad? When i did, the whole entire gun had thick frost on it, but now i have the x chamber and use a remote.....But was that bad for the gun?

You'll still frost up and probably get some shootdown due to the liquid, but it still won't harm the gun.  Tippmanns have one tough valve.  The old school ones (68-Special and earlier) were made to run off of liquid Co2.  If you shoot that fast you can do a couple things.

  1. Learn how to maneuver and not just throw paint
  2. Get an expansion chamber
