My son is thinking of getting an GTA X-chamber for his A-5. I have seen posts to buy a Palmers instead. My question is why? What is the difference in what it is doing? Will a remote line work with either or will that affect it?We use co2. I know HPA would be better but that is not an option. Thanks

The Palmers is a Regulator, Along with making the Liquid CO2 expand into gas(what an X-Chamber does) it also regualtes the pressure of the air going into the marker, thus making it more consistant. The Palmers also works with HPA, as well as CO2 making it more veristile.

Yes the Palmers is very good (the best) at blocking the liquid CO2 from getting into the marker, this will make for a more consistant marker .

^^Yuppers. And if you got the extra $ to spend, I'd highly suggest that you spend it (or your son), and get the Stabalizer.

Palmers would be best, but there nothin wrong with just getting the expansion chamber if you live in a fairly warm climate and wont be shooting too fast. I use an x-chamber, and I live in the midwest, so it gets fairly cold here.
