ok im not really new to paintball i have been playing for 2 years on my 98 custom and want to mill it but my dad wont let me. I was like dad just let me new receivers are not that expencive and i bought the gun so what should i tell him so that i can mill it?? any help is appriciated

Show him some pics in the marker gallery of some milled 98c's, and then he'll see how good they look milled. Hopefully he'll change his mind.

Try to think of a technical-sounding reason, for example:

Dad, i need to centerfeed the marker to allow for a reduced profile.

or, dad, i need to mill of my rear sight to allow for the use of <insert object here>.

like the ones above, it doesnt HAVE to make sense, it just has to SOUND like it does.

Since you mentioned new receivers in your post. Why not purchase those then Mill on them that way you won't have to worry about ruining your gun. If thats his excuse.

My guess is he doesnt want you screwing something up and having to pay $100 for new recievers.

Maybe he doesn't want you screwing with his tools.  Just get your own or borrow from someone who is willing to.  But remember, if you screw it up, don't go to him, and give him the "Dad, I should have listened to you" speech.
