I also have another question. What upgrades *besides hopper* would i need to make a stock Ion to a Tourney Level Ion?

The EGG II comes stock with the Y Board, the add-on board is the Z Board, and it makes it 23 bps, but thats debatable. Just FYI

We use a Halo B on our Ion.
Sanded the feedneck shorter using a belt sander, probably less than an 1/8" shorter. Not much but it makes it fit flush to the Qlock feedneck. Never changed the ball detents. Has probably 10-15 cases through it so far. No problems. The drop is gone...seemed like a good idea at the time.  Edit: and it has a NDZ trigger now too. Probably should take some new pictures.

Go with the Halo B fo' sure. And Ions are pretty tourney level out of the box. Just get whatever you feel you need. |

LOL me and my friend were arguing at school about what one to get... I still don't know... He is going for the EVO so I can get a better barrel, and thinks Evo and new better is better than Halo B and Stock barrel... Either way I have to save about $200 for either... so I think I'm waiting until the time comes.
