Get a regulator.  It will help with consistency.

I thought you were getting an APE board...

I wouldn't waste your $ on the LPK, but that's me. I'd get the Palmers, and leave it at that.

I wouldn't buy the LPK. It seems it is too expensive for all that it does. It is your decision though. I would definitely get the palmer's.

Yes, the Palmers might help with your accuracy. It might not be the most notable difference in accuracy, but it will be there. See, the Palmers will make your gun a whole lot' more consistent, thus improving your shot to shot accuracy. See, when your velocities aren't consistent, balls will fly at different speeds, affecting their flight paths, making them lees accurate than they would be with consistent velocities.

With an A-5 there seems to be little value in installing the LPK. (I am not sure that the LPK in any of the Tippmanns has much value unless you are using an E-Bolt. Problem is that these markers are designed to work in a wide range of pressures, but they cannot be made to function correctly below about 400 psi. Failure to cycle and cock is the problem with running too low pressure. With the E-Bolt the need for cocking pressure is eliminated and pressures then can be dropped below 200 psi...reducing gas usage and barrel report.) But the value of the Palmer Stabilizer is significant. With the regulator shot to shot pressures stay dead on with little to no spiking even with CO2. Shot-to-shot consistency in pressure gives shot-to-shot consistency in velocity...allowing all shots the hit the same point of aim.
