Well, I got an A-5 about two years ago and I used to two times... The third time when i screwed the co2 tank in the co2 started to free-flow out the barrel... My friend thinks there is a problem with the power tube.

Any insight?

thanks

Try cocking the gun first.  The rear bolt could be pressing on the valve.

Sounds like the valve o-ring might need some oil. Is there a lot coming out? Make sure the gun is cocked when you screw the tank in or else the rear bolt might be pressing on the valve pin just enough to leak out the barrel.

There is quite a bit of air freeflowing out the barrel.. ill try cocking it before i screw the tanks in.  Do i just have to do that every time if it works?

i tried cocking it before hand, and all that does is make it hiss besides free flowing out of the barrel and that area

ive read some of the other topics and it seems that i may need to oil a valve...

can somone give me some insight on how one might go about doing this and getting to the valve.  I have the oil that came with the gun right in front of me

thanks

Also, check to see that the tank is filled. If its nearly empty, you'll have air excaping out the barrel.
