Today when i opened my case of marbs i saw that 2 balls had popped in the bag getting paint on every ball. With how expensive they are i tried clening them off with a paper towel. But when i played today it chopped about every other shot. Is this because the balls absorbed the paint making it really brittle or that they got bigger when it absorbed some paint?

Probably because all the oil on the balls, and they're sorta brittle. Or, one ball chopped, and that caused a chain reaction, causing a mess, and a lot more balls to chop.

Did you check your cyclone to see if any chop goo blew back into the mechanism and is slowing it down. That happened to a friend of mine. The cyclone was indexing slower because of paint build-up and was causing the marker to chop balls.

Thank you.

Make sure the marker is clean first of all. It may not even be the paint's fault. If you get more busted paint ask for a refund.
