A lot of recent CNC machines have controls on them that a child could likely figure out.  Of course it won't prevent him from driving the cutter into a vice.

On the software we have on the one here you can design whatever you want in CAD and export it to a different program that converts it to code.

aluminum is actually very strong and if its not "thin" he wont need to worry about dents, though I doubt you can anodize it.

Go all out and make some recievers you can anodize or heck try to make a metal rufus dawg center feed.

ha, i was going to have my brother make a barrel for me. except he said he couldn't cuz it wouldn't be as smooth as the barrels companyies make. and that he can't drill that long of a hole straight enought. but anyways, i think you should make whole new reciever haves, that are different. make them up, and then put the parts in it. and then post pictures!!

Ive made countless drops, triggers, sightrails, and a few new parts too like a double tank drop forward adapter battery case that is mounted into a drop forward and 180 degree mount. i'll post pics when i get a patent so you cannot steal my designs. but in the future look for AHLGREN CUSTOMS HIGH PERFORMANCE PAINTBALL PRODUCTS.
