I keep breaking balls in my barrel, im using a 12 inch bigshot and Game Face Scorch paintballs. It has chopped 2 other kinds of paintballs. I thought I didn't need expensive paint for the Bigshot. Why is this happening?

What are the conditions you're shooting in?  Is it like insanely cold out?  Is your barrel/gun clean?

maybe you should get a faster loader, because the balls chop when they are half in the feed neck and you shoot.

what is your velocity at?

I noticed more breaks when its cold out.  especially with the scorch paint.  But I am running a flatline and my velocity was all over the place.  It was in the mid 20's with 85% humidity.  I was only able to get about 400 shots per full 20 oz c02 tank.  I had to heat up my tanks between rounds with my car heater.  I have a feeling that the cyclone was not cycling when I would shoot about ten balls fast.

A5
Flatline
E trigger
Palmers stabilizer

he doesn't need a faster loader, I doubt he was shooting  more than 15 bps with his stock trigger...for the cyclone to work properly, howerver, it does need a consistant amount of CO2. try getting  an expansion chamber or something to get better consistancy, maybe even a stabilizer... Anyway, it would also be  wise to try the setup in regular, warmer weather too, before making any rash accusations...

Hmm... It could also be due to the fact that when it's cold out the pressure in CO2 tanks drop. And if the pressure is low enough, the Cylcone will not properly cycle. This could have been a cause for your chopping problems.
