Cedric is but you have to ghetto rig him to your gun.

He doesn't like duct-tape though it hurts when you rip it off.

Halo B, Q-loader if you HAVE TO GO REALLY FAST, or even a warpfeed, they're cheap now.

isnt the empire reloader b better then the halo b?

the q-loader looks like too much of a burdan for me....i'd rather just dump my paint into my loader and shoot.

the empire reloader is sound activated, the regular halo b uses an eye to see the paint, so if you get paint or debris or w/e on the eye it can effect its performance, also the reloader b has 3 different speed settings.

cool, but your sig is rather large, might want to shrink it a bit.

Date Posted: 02 March 2006 at 12:10am
Your sig is way too big. You should change it down to around 200x200 before a mod comes and deletes it.

A plain old gravity hoppers can keep up with the speed you will be shooting at.

Theoretically? Q-loader.
Realistically, Cheetah boarded Halo-B.

Technically true, but I have never had a gravity feed that did not bridge paintballs in the entrance to the neck and sometimes stop the flow of paintballs at high rates of fire.

The fastest hopper out there is the Q-Loader. BUT, it is intolerably slow to refill and the "pods" are very expensive. Any on-field firing speed, in my estimation,  is negated by, first, that each pod holds only 100 balls. Second, it takes some care and a lot of time to refill the pods off field. Usually, you are going to miss several speedball games while refilling.

The second fastest, and it could be debated that there are no markers that can actually shoot faster than this hopper, is the Halo B. Odyssey claims 22 bps. Warpig tests indicate somewhat less. But with the Cheetah board or the soon-to-be-introduced Wicked Air Sports Equalizer board, the hopper will give you a near 35+ jam-free balls per second performance.

The Reloader Bs that I have played beside tend to be activated by the sound from other markers firing...sometimes jamming...the new WAS Equalizer board will also fit the Reloader B solving that problem (by reversing to clear)

I am an advocate of the WAS board because it is less expensive than the Cheetah. I have not tried it yet. I have only read the press about it. As soon as it hits the market, I'll have one for my Halo.

Anyone know a good e-loader that around or less than $60. I was thinking a Ricochet Apache. I need something that feeds no less than 17bps. I currently have a Cyclone Feed System but my Super R/T outshoots it sometimes.

Try EBay. I have been looking for a junker Halo B. No luck so far, but in just about any week there are 5 or 6 used, but like new, Halo B's that sell at prices from about $60 to $75.

That's about as fast as a Halo will get. It's about the speed of a Vlocity... maybe a little less. Expensive though. Just a normal Halo or Reloader should hit 20.

Yes, that is me talkin in that video.

Edit- Cheetah w/Boost 1400MaH and a Zenitram drive cone.

If there were 160 paintballs in the hopper, my stopwatch, even allowing that slow-to-feed last ball bouncing around in the hopper, indicate about 22 bps.

Reading the specs on the new WAS Equalizer and the motor drive pulse rate of the board, it may be able to feed faster. The real limitation may be literally the ability of balls to get into the slots on the cone wheel.

Speed of the cone does not translate to rate of feed, because if the cone gets too fast, balls cannot drop into the slots. Have you ever timed a hopper full (actually a count of balls put in the hopper) of paint?

No... I'm pretty sure that did not take 7 seconds.

Edit- Defintely not more than 6.

The "drop" test for the Qloader pods is like 50 bps, making it theoretically making it the fastest loading system ever, and able to keep up with anything.  Sure it takes alittle time to reload it off-field, but on the field, it is untouched in speed.

As I said, the time to reload and the low ball count per pod completely offsets the high rate of fire.
