..... my buddy at work offers me his A5 w/ response trigger, a barrel
on it and 2 tanks.....he wants 275 for it.....he played with it 4 times
at the most...now he got a ion....the A5 kit alone at the store is like
280.. right now i have a 98 custom with a flatline barrell... if i get the A5 i was gonna sell my 98 w/o the flatline for 80 bucks...and give my flatline to my bro... then i was gonna sell the barrell that came w/ the A5 and the response trigger. and put a Flatline barrell on it....then later get a e grip..... now heres the question....do you guys think this is worth it...maybe save my money and soop up my 98c...??? is the A5 with a flatline better that the 98c w/ flatline..??? i hear alot of better things about the 98c...so im iffy about this...i don't want to regret it...but then again i could always trade on and off with my bro if i get sick of the A5.....i need to hear some pros and cons... thanks... ------------- "holla at ya booooy!!!" |

I'm a 98c person, because I don't like the stocky body of the A-5(never
actually use one though) the body just looks big to me and I don't like
that...

try em out the A-5 has some extra features but you 98 is pretty close ------------- SP Vision Imp w/ ALL NDZ internals, CP flame drop w/ on/off, Freak-AA tip, lowrise feedneck, NDZ Pro-Mag trigger, tapeworm, NDZ lpr cap, NDZ ti. bolt pin, maybe thats it? EggII 88/4500 Crossfire |

Doesn't sound like a bad deal, but the A-5 I had was a waste of space. I prefer the 98, but try it and see if it suits your style of play BEFORE you make a deal. |

i think u should keep the 98c it does the same thing as the a-5, and y do u think ur friend got a better gun, cuz the a-5 was okay. and he wanted something better. if u are going to get a new gun, dont get something in the same performance area. i think u should keep the 98c. ------------- Setup: Super Blue Nexus Ego Ul barrel 45/45 pmi vlocity |

to clean the flatline..simply take it off gun, put in warm soapy water,a drop of dawn makes greece go gone,let set for 5 mins, take out, run squeeqee through it,and if you really want to(not necesary,put paper towel and squeegee and run through barrell,or just let it set and dry the old fashioned way  and thats reds conclusion of how to clean the flatline barrell.  hope this helped.
