well i have a choice i know its my decision but im asking for soem advice .... should i save up from now and get a proto in NOVEMBER or just up grade my ion until its just umm ULTIMATE ??? thanx peachey ------------- im the closet thing that u will come to war !!! It's really personal preference. When properly upgraded, Ion's can be awesome. If it were me, I'd take the Proto though. You can find used 05's for under $600, which is great IMO. |

| ye get the proto but if your gonna get the t-board for the ion though den i dont see much point because the ion will be sick with the t-board and probs faster then the proto and if you get a qev it will be even faster, up to you though |

get the proto or get a virtue board/virtue eyes and a lucky stage 5 kit then it would kinda be a hard choice because you already have the ion but id say proto ------------- SP Vision Imp w/ ALL NDZ internals, CP flame drop w/ on/off, Freak-AA tip, lowrise feedneck, NDZ Pro-Mag trigger, tapeworm, NDZ lpr cap, NDZ ti. bolt pin, maybe thats it? | with the right ups an ion can be as good as some high end guns, im not saying it will shoot faster than a dm6 but it wouldnt be that far of a competition. My advise you you is to go buy a new trigger that you like since theres about 500 out there, get a low rise feedneck(redz camlocks are what me and my team uses), a new barrel like an ultralite, and a t-board which is what im going to be using in mine. |

I tend to agree that it's strictly personal preference. Either an upped Ion or a Proto should serve you well. Just remember the GUN compliment the PLAYER, not vice-versa. ------------- If I flee, kill me If I die, avenge me |
